Postoperative Week 4 Exercise Routine
During Week 4 of the Total Knee Replacement Made Simple course, we will focus on mobility training to help you regain movement and flexibility in your new knee joint. Mobility training is crucial for improving your quality of life post-surgery and ensuring a successful recovery. This week will involve a series of exercises and techniques designed to enhance your range of motion and build strength in your knee so that you can return to performing functional activities with greater ease!
Some of the key components of our mobility training program include gentle stretching exercises to improve flexibility, low-impact movements to increase joint mobility, and gradual progression of weight-bearing activities. We will also discuss the importance of proper form and alignment during exercises to prevent injury and maximize the benefits of each movement. By the end of Week 4, you will feel more confident in your ability to move your knee comfortably and safely.
