During Week 6 of the "Total Knee Replacement Made Simple" course, we will focus on importance of proper technique with functional activities such as squatting and stepping up. These exercises are strategic to further build muscle strength surrounding the knee joint, so you can be as strong as possible before your knee replacement.

We will incorporate a variety of exercises that target different muscle groups surrounding the knee, ensuring a well-rounded approach to rehabilitation and strengthening.
